Final Reflection
“No one can whistle a symphony. It takes a whole orchestra
to play it.” - H.E. Luccock
As cliché as it may sound, but to me, teamwork is the most
important skill in putting up the whole project. A good teamwork provides a positive
synergy that allows the team to produce results we never thought we could
achieve. Just like how I have never expected or to imagine my team and myself
to have the honour to share our proposed solution in the presentation showcase.
From the brainstorming of the problem we want to solve, to the
drafting of our report, and lastly to the presentation of our proposal, I have definitely
learned and gained a lot through this journey. All these would not have been
possible without a good teamwork of a common goal to achieve greater heights
together.
Although our team have faced many setbacks and challenges, such
as changing our proposed solution at the eleventh hour, this brought our team
even closer by the encouragements and assurance we gave one another.
While complementing every member’s strengths and weaknesses,
we managed to complete our assigned tasks efficiently by delegating the
workload in accordance to our strengths.
Most importantly, communication is the key to ensure that
all members have the same idea in mind. For instance, when we were drafting our
report, we have noticed that the information we initially contributed respectively
were not consistent, only to realise that not every member had the same idea in
mind. At this point, we had to come together to ensure that our thoughts correspond.
Through this project, it has also enhanced my learning
towards report writing as well as presenting which has benefit me for other
modules in school. I would like to thank Ms Lim and my team members for making
this learning journey so much more meaningful.
